This is what I wore out to dinner for our wedding anniversary. Even though my belly and waist are expanding and my wardrobe is shrinking, I’m learning that if I can add a few maternity staples (like this black pencil skirt) here and there, I can make do with what still fits me and still be “on trend.” Or something. ‘Naw mean?

I also have to admit that maternity skirts are PERFECT for eating dinner at a steakhouse. Lots of room for GIVE. Oh yeah.

  4. Girl,, I wore my maternity pencil skirt like nobody’s business…even after I had my sweet babies!!! It is so great for post baby time too. You will wear a ton!! And I think you look presh!!!

  16. You look great. It is hard when your belly grows and your clothes shrink but investing in some classic neutral pieces will help your wardrobe go a long way.
