Eight Ways to Use Stress Away Essential Oil

Ahhhh Stress Away. This is the essential oil that I, quite literally, have on me at all times. It is ALWAYS in my purse. THIS is the oil you have with you when you’re in traffic… grocery shopping with your kids… paying taxes… watching the Cleveland Browns lose in the fourth quarter for the billionth time in a row…

It’s probably my favorite oil (I realize I say that a lot, but this time I mean it) that comes in the starter kit.

If you could scratch and sniff the screen right now and smell Stress Away, you’d smell a “vacation in a bottle.” I want to lay by a pool or a beach with a cold drink in my hand every time I get a whiff. It’s the BOMB.

Anyway, Stress Away is actually the 11th and BONUS oil in the premium starter kit and I’m so glad they include it, because, you know, as you can tell, it’s legit.

So, today, I wanted to share with YOU, eight ways to use Stress Away essential oil!

  1. Apply to the wrists, neck, or temples to reduce tension and feelings of stress
  2. Add 1-2 drops to a glass of water for a refreshing beverage
  3. Diffuse with lavender before bedtime to promote restful sleep
  4. Diffuse with LIME (my favorite!) to make it feel like a beach in Mexico in your house / apartment / etc.
  5. Diffuse with peppermint to relax and unwind at the end of a long day
  6. Place one drop in the palm of your hands, rub them together, then cup over your nose and take a deep breath in… you’ll thank me later! 🙂
  7. Add 10-20 drops to a jar of epsom salts for a calming bath soak… I love to add it to a warm bath and soak for 20 minutes at the end of the day… it’s so relaxing!
  8. In a small mason jar, combine unrefined granulated sugar, a little bit of raw honey, and a small amount of vitamin E oil with 10-15 drops of Stress Away for a natural, rejuvenating, and relaxing body scrub
