Today’s “recipe” is a MUCH requested one! This is a SUPER easy DIY that takes less than a minute to do and is one that will help to keep you and your family healthy and well throughout the school year (and, well, all year long…).
This is a roll-on essential oil blend that we use DAILY (morning and night) on myself, my husband, and our daughter! We roll it on the bottoms of our feet – that’s where the largest pores in our body are and it helps the oils get absorbed into the blood stream. BONUS: It’s pre-diluted so I don’t need to worry about that, which is awesome.
It’s perfect for this time of year when we’re going to be around a lot of new people (and a lot of new germs!) It’s all about arming our bodies with the defenses it needs to stay above the wellness line.
All of the oils in this recipe are naturally supportive of the immune system and help to support it’s natural defenses!

Other options for your custom immune supporting blend: Frankincense, Lemon, Purification, Melissa, Orange, etc. Any oils that are supportive of the immune system… those just happen to be my favorite!
For the number of drops to use of each oil, I use the “rule of 5.” If the bottle is 5ml, I do 5 drops of each oil. If the bottle is 10ml, I use 10 drops of each oil. If the bottle is 15ml, I use 15 drops of each oil. Since my bottle is 15ml, I used 15 drops of each oil.
In your empty roller bottle, put the desired amount of drops of each oil in first, then fill the rest of your bottle with a carrier oil of choice. Pop on your roller fitment and boom! You’re all set! Roll on the bottoms of your feet as desired. 🙂
