I get a lot of questions about how to use essential oils and what essential oils are good for what things. But, by far, the most common question I get about essential oils is, “What essential oils are good for sleep?” Everyone wants to get a good night’s rest and I know that good essential oil diffuser recipes can really be a great way to support sleep! We have a diffuser in EVERY room and we always diffuse oils at nighttime. I am at the point now where I can’t even travel without a diffuser because I need it to sleep! Haha!!
So, I thought it would be helpful to share with you some of my FAVORITE essential oil diffuser recipes for sleep! The other thing I have really found is that you play around with what oils you like or don’t like and see what combination fits best for you and your family!
