Simple Southwest Salad with Chipotle Chicken Sausage | RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. container of SimplyNature Organic mixed greens
  • Baby Carrots however many you want, I used 6-7 and cut them up
  • 1 Cucumber diced
  • 5-6 Cherry tomatoes
  • Happy Farms Mexican shredded cheese as desired
  • 1 Little Salad Bar 100 Calorie Guacamole minis
  • 1 package of Never Any! Chipotle Chicken Sausage
  • SimplyNature Organic Chipotle Ranch Dressing to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash your mixed greens and produce and cut up your desired amount.
  2. For the Chipotle Chicken Sausage, I like to make it on the grill or stovetop ahead of time and then cut it up and reheat it when I want to use it.
  3. Add a little shredded cheese, top with your cooked sausage, and guacamole.
  4. Throw on some delicious Chipotle Ranch dressing and you are good to go!
