Place the almonds in a plastic ziploc bag and crush them. I used a rolling pin and a meat tenderizer!
-
In a glass bowl in the microwave or double boiler on the stove, melt the dark chocolate until smooth and creamy
-
Once chocolate is smooth and melted, pour in the crushed almonds
-
If you want to add the optional pinch of sea salt, you can do this now, too
-
On parchment paper / wax paper and a baking sheet, pour the melted dark chocolate evenly onto it and let it cool (feel free to stick it in the freezer to flash cool it)
-
If you want to add the drizzled white chocolate (because, duh), place the bark in a bowl and melt that.
-
Once melted and the dark chocolate is cool, drizzle the white chocolate overtop
-
Place back in the fridge or freezer until fully hardened
-
Once hardened, break the chocolate up into pieces and enjoy!

YUM!!!
