About Kelsey – from Kelsey:
I’m Kelsey, mother of three, thirty years old, redeemed, army wife vet , owner and founder of Elegance Restored, women’s boutique on a mission. With a longing strongly set in our hearts to care for the discarded of the world my husband and I felt somewhat crippled when we were blessed with our son and then just thirteen months later, our twin girls. We felt like family life had sort of taken us out of the game of serving those in need until we started learning and became so aware of the connections between poverty, the orphan crisis, and human trafficking. We realized that if we could affect people being paid a fair, living wage for their work in an impoverished part of the world, we could cut certain tragedies off at their feet, we could create awareness in our local culture, we could fund adoptions all with a simple online boutique. Our dream feels big but really it’s quite small, it’s just taking a moment to think before you buy and love your neighbor as yourself.
