Most of the time I try to avoid talking about things like the weather or, you know, “fluff” talk that’s just… fluff. But now it is unavoidable because it is COLDER THAN ALL GET OUT out there right now. Like, painfully cold.
I live in the south. It should not be this cold.
The other night you could literally feel and hear the cold coming in. The wind was insane! Our flagpole on the front of our house snapped off and landed in our neighbor’s yard… lights blew off… it was crazy. I know we are not NEARLY in the worst part of the country weather wise… but sheesh! It’s been out of control.
Here’s the thing though… if it’s going to be this cold, I want snow. I WANT SNOW. Not a ton of snow, just one, fun, play-outside-and-make-snow-angels snow! You know what I mean?
Anyway, I realize this is totally random, but I just had to get it off my chest. Haha!

Adore your scarf!!! Love how you styled it with the multiple shades of brown too! 🙂 Oh my gosh, I feel terrible saying this bc so many are suffering with terrible weather, but we’ve been having the most glorious February here in Colorado (which is not the norm). We do have snow today, but it’s been in the 60’s here for many days so handling a day of snow seems doable. I feel you though, many of times we’re hunkered down in the cold and snow. Hang tight 🙂

Ohhh you do not want the cold. It’s currently 1 here and several feet of snow in the yard (luckily we haven’t had a huge storm in a couple of weeks so the roads are okay). It’s brutal. Can’t wait for some warmer weather. I’m just jealous you aren’t confined to boots!
Overall I cannot complain about our winter. It’s been pretty warm all things considered. We did have snow thunder last night which was pretty cool. You are looking chic despite the cold!

We have had subzero temperatures lately and a ton of snow. But I’m with you, if it’s going to be cold, there better be snow! Just not so much!

Here in the UK we’ve had quite a mild winter, it’s about 7 degrees celsius here (44F), but I’m still fed up with the cold and want it to warm up! Please! You look great in that scarf and jacket, very stylish. Hope it keeps you toasty too. Thanks for hosting x
