I realize I have been really bad about posting / sharing my Stitch Fix fixes lately. I promise it’s not on purpose. Mainly I just haven’t remembered to photograph them before I send them back. Haha!! This most recent fix I requested all pants because I just did a big closet cleanout and needed to fill some “holes” in my closet. I was looking for some distressed jeans, black jeans, and everyday jeans… My stylist, Kimberly J. totally delivered!
On a side note… did you know that Stitch Fix just launched PLUS SIZE fixes?!?! YES!!!! So, if you’re a plus sized woman and you’ve been wanting to try Stitch Fix, NOW is the time!!! WOOHOO!!!!
Check out this month’s fix…
I really liked the wash on these… the color was great. They were SUPER long, like, unreasonably long – so much so that I felt even hemming them would take away from the bootcut style. They were also a little too tight in the waist for me. They were really soft and I liked the material, but these just weren’t for me.
These were really unique. I liked the print and I liked the style, but honest they just didn’t look right on me. Plus, I don’t know what situation I would wear them. I’m not really in a place where I wear “dressy” pants all that often, so they just seemed to be the kind of pants that I would have a hard time figuring out when / how to wear them. So, I sent them back.
These were an IMMEDIATE yes. I’ve been on the hunt for a great pair of black jeans, and these were the answer to that search. They fit so well. They’re really stretchy and soft. They’re made in the USA of American cotton and they truly feel like luxury jeans. Yes, the $148 price tag is high, but for me, I am 100% willing to invest in a pair of jeans that are well made, classic, and are going to last. I have already worn these a ton since I got them, so they were a great investment.
I liked the look of these, but honestly, they were SUPER long (way too long) and I just never wear dress pants. If you need nice dress pants, these would definitely be for you, but they just weren’t right for me. 🙂
The moment I put these on, I let out this sound that was like “OHHHHHMYYYYYY.” These pants feel like butter. The fit is perfect. I loooove the distressed look on them. I know distressed jeans are not for everyone, but I like them for casual outfits and I specifically requested a pair. These are like a dream. The length was perfect for me on my 5’3″ frame and I just felt like they were made for me. I also love that they are made in the USA of American cotton! Woohoo!
