CAUSEBOX Winter Box Review (10) - CAUSEBOX Winter 2017 Review by North Caroline ethical fashion blogger Still Being Molly

The CAUSEBOX winter 2017 box review is here and I don’t think I’ve been this excited for a box to hit my doorstep. You know that I’ve been a loyal subscriber of CAUSEBOX for over two years and this is probably one of my favorite subscription box companies of all time. If you don’t know what CAUSEBOX is, it is a seasonal / quarterly subscription box where each season has a theme and all the products in the box (even the design of the box) flow together as a part of that theme! But most importantly, EVERY SINGLE ITEM in the box is ethically made, fair trade, OR gives back in some way! For about $50 per box, you get OVER $150 worth of amazing products. Best. Deal. Ever!

I had the co-founder of CAUSEBOX, Matt Richardson, on my podcast last year. You HAVE to go listen to that episode because it was one of my FAVORITES. Matt’s stories are hilarious and amazing – he hitchhiked around the world for a year and I could listen to him tell stories about it all day!

ANYWAY, back to the subject at hand. I did a live unboxing of the winter CAUSEBOX box on my Facebook page last week, but in case you missed it – OR – you just want to see what’s in the winter box more closely, I have a full review for you today! And don’t forget, you can use the coupon code MOLLY for $15 off your first box from CAUSEBOX! There are only a few of the winter boxes left, so ya betta hurry!

CAUSEBOX Winter Box Review (6) - CAUSEBOX Winter 2017 Review by North Caroline ethical fashion blogger Still Being Molly

CAUSEBOX worked with Krochet Kids International to create this pom-pom beanie exclusively for the Winter Box! It incorporates a custom-made copper yarn, spun with gold, it fits in all the right places with a bit of slouch on top — and it is finished with a clean and classic pom pom in white. Each beanie is hand-signed by the woman who made it in Uganda or Peru!

I love Krochet Kids and I was so excited to see this beanie in the box! It’s so comfy and soft and warm and I can’t wait to wear it this winter.

HALF UNITED – HEX CUFF IN GOLD – $45 retail value

CAUSEBOX Winter Box Review (4) - CAUSEBOX Winter 2017 Review by North Caroline ethical fashion blogger Still Being Molly

The design for this gorgeous, gold-plated bracelet was inspired by the hexagonal pattern of a beehive, and it serves as a symbol of the selflessness of bees — which work together for the betterment of the hive. In that same spirit of generosity, Half United provides seven meals for the hungry, for every product that they sell!

I have been a huge Half United fan for a long time. I love their beautiful jewelry, but I mostly love the amazing work they are doing feeding hungry kids. This hex cuff is gorgeous and I’ve been wearing it almost daily since I got it!
