We began 31 Bits with a simple idea: To give artisans dignified job opportunities by making products that women would buy. Sounds simple, but it took passion, grit, and most of all customers like you who have followed along since the beginning.

Lei-Lei is a socially conscious ecommerce fashion marketplace that showcases uniquely designed handcrafted items by women artisans from impoverished countries. Our mission is to connect fair trade businesses with eco-conscious consumers who care about helping the artisans and their families. Our goal is to inspire positive consumer behavior to bring about real change, both in society and the environment.

A social enterprise with the Catholic Charities of Chicago, LOOM is a creative space where refugees living in the Windy City gather to create beautiful hand-made products.
