Sometimes I tend to overthink things. Okay, I overthink things a lot. I know I’m not the only one that’s guilty of this…
Sometimes I overthink my outfit. Sometimes I spend too much time wondering if this is the right decision of what to wear today… when I realize, it’s just an outfit and it’ll do.
Sometimes I overthink what to say about a particular outfit if I am sharing it in a blog post. I think that I need to say something groundbreaking, or super eloquent, or revolutionary… but then sometimes I realize… it’s just a cute outfit (or so I think!). No need to overcomplicate the situation. Right? Right.
This is one of those outfits. Simple, yet I love it. It’s one of my favorites. It’s lightweight. It’s comfortable. I love the scallop detailing shorts. This tunic has been one of my favorites since last summer – I even wore it when I was super duper pregnant.
And then my favorite glitter shoes – oh how I love them. Because you can’t be sad when you’re wearing glittery shoes. Right? Right.
And right now, I’m overthinking the way to end this post. So with that, I will say… HAPPY THURSDAY!

I do the same thing sometimes but simple is the best! I love the scalloping on the shorts!
loving all the scalloped edged things lately. I overthink everything! But mostly what people say, I think, do think he/she is mad, what did they mean? Was she acting weird, and then I think about it forever, like until I see them next and they’re acting normal…and it was probably just me!

I over think everything so I totally understand. I think I have a cute outfit put together and then I see it on my blog and think, “I need to change this or add that”. I love tunics with leggings but have never tried them with shorts. Great idea! Susan
