A Simple Way to Style a Skirt Extender
One of my favorite ways to wear tunics a different way is to wear them with a skirt or dress extender. Turning a tunic into a dress can be really easy! Here is a simple way to style a skirt extender.

It goes without saying, but it is HOT in North Carolina during the summer. And hot days call for lightweight clothing. Simple outfits, not a lot of layers, and FLOWY. Simple and flowy are key on the 95-100+ degree days… especially with like 90% humidity! I also really want versatility in my closet and I like being able to wear pieces multiple ways. Tunics, which are arguably one of my favorite pieces of clothing, can be harder to wear in the summer time, especially if you don’t want to wear leggings or pants on a hot day. SO, the easy solution is to switch it up and style your favorite tunic with a lace skirt or dress extender… and boom!! You are now wearing your favorite tunic as a cute and oh-so-comfortable dress!
I honestly can’t even tell you how much I love this skirt extender! This outfit has been on repeat a lot recently because it’s cute, comfortable, breezy, and easy to accessorize with!
And in completely unrelated news, today is the solar eclipse!! We got our eclipse glasses and we’ll be watching from our house. We’re in the path of about 95-97% totality… so not the full experience, but still pretty close! We are really excited. What are you doing for the eclipse? Where will you be watching from?
