1. I remember being pregnant with my first son. I once sat on the floor to put my aching back against the register (heater), and I could not get up until my husband came home from work. What a fun time that was. LOL!

  2. Molly you look great! I have had three babies and am a Fitness Instructor, so for pregnancy workout ideas, I really encourage pregnant mommas to do yoga. It will help so much with tight muscles, and back pain. If you can do it now and than after you have your baby, it will help a lot with all that your body is going through. Other great options for your stage are walking, and swimming. 🙂

  4. You look so pretty in your last picture. Lunges and squats are really good exercises to do when you’re pregnant. Also child pose is a good one to do if you have lots of back pain. Good for you for getting up and exericising. The picture of your dogs kills me.
