Custom T-Shirt Quilt Giveaway + #FundayMonday Link-Up!
I am SO excited to bring today’s giveaway to you guys. You are going to LOVE IT. I want to introduce you to Lauren from Almost Casual. She guest posted for me a little while back. Lauren and I met through blogging, but she lives near me and we have quickly become IRL (in real life :)) friends.
She is one of those people that is just so genuine, so sweet, and so caring! In fact, she made a DELICIOUS dinner for John and I and brought it over to our house this weekend as a little “welcome baby” gift. So thoughtful.
Her blog is one of my absolute favorites. She blogs some of the most DELICIOUS and amazing recipes (like this pineapple fried rice and these tiramisu cupcakes) and she also shares GREAT DIYs and other projects (like this DIY card box and this adorable wreath).
Can you tell I just love her?
Anyway!
Lauren also happens to make T-Shirt Quilts! She’s SO talented! And she is giving away a t-shirt quilt to one lucky reader! Now you have something to do with all those old college and high school t-shirts. 🙂 I’ll let her take over and explain the rest…
Hey everyone! I’m Lauren from Almost Casual, and I’m so excited that Molly is letting me do a giveaway! I love to blog about my favorite eats and projects around the house.
I started making t-shirt quilts because I had about a bajillion shirts after I graduated college. It turned out that I didn’t wear them much any more, but there was no way I could ever throw them away! I’ve been making t-shirt quilts for people ever since!
As fall comes around in full force, I will be closing the shop by the end of September in order to be able to focus on the winter to-dos. (Like Thanksgiving dinners and crafts and creations!) I am thrilled to be able to give away a t-shirt quilt as my last big hurrah!
**This giveaway is open to any reader in the United States. You simply will need to ship your t-shirts to Lauren and she will make your quilt and ship your finished quilt back to you! 🙂

Happy Funday Monday! Each week, Carly & I select a few of our favorite posts from the Monday before to feature. It’s a great way to put the spotlight on a few of y’all each week! Please be sure to link up an ACTUAL post, not just a link to your main page.
- Follow your hosts Molly @ still being [molly], Carly @ Lipgloss & Crayons, and your guest hosts for the week Your Stylist, Karen, and The Craziest Paradigm.

Pretty please?

- Have fun! Cause it’s Monday!
LOVE this giveaway! I’ve been wanting to get a t-shirt quilt made of all of my husband’s shirts from high school and college! He has SO FLIPPIN’ MANY and most of them don’t fit anymore, but he just can’t let them go. I’d love to do this for him for Christmas or Valentine’s Day. It’d mean so much (and it’d mean a lot more dresser space!). Thanks for hosting, Molly, and thanks for giving away such an amazing gift, Lauren!
yesss!! good luck! I hope you win!!
Thanks for the link-up party Molly. You’re a star. Great quilts, eh? I think a disasterous thing will happen and I will end up going thrifting FOR t-shirts to make into a quilt (my geography doesn’t allow me to get Lauren to do all the hard work for me). I’ll have to blame you, but I’ll have a fabulous quilt!
anytime, charlie!!! thank you so much!

Having trouble finding GFC on Almost Casual’s blog. 🙁 Any help you can direct me with?
Hey Dani,
So, it seems like google is moving from GFC, to Google+. I realized I couldn’t find the GFC on my blog either and when I tried to re-add it, all I could find was the widget for the Follow with Google+. I’ll be ok with you using that as your GFC entry if you’d like. (Hope that’s ok, Molly!) And if anyone else knows how to add GFC or has input on whether or not their has disappeared, let me know! :]
Thanks for getting back to me! I even tried searching for you on Google+ and to no avail. 🙁
Happy Monday Funday!
