  2. This is exactly what I needed to read today! Thank you, Molly, for reminding us that attitude is a matter of choice. It doesn’t hurt that you’re adorable and your outfit is stunning, either 😉

  3. I love this post Molly. It makes me always go back to a song I used to sing back in the nineties “Jesus put a song in my heart”. It was so peppy & uplifting. And that is where my joy comes from. I know that I am such an absolute goof most of the time but I just can’t help it. Loud laughs with occasional snorts, silly faces, a constant crooked grin on my face. Choosing to be positive is something I realized many years ago when I kept putting stipulations on I could be happy: when I loose weight, when I make this much money, when my house looks just right. Well, that’s a lot of wasted time not being able to be happy, so presto chango!

  5. Love you, lady! And I always love photographing you 🙂 I love your question of ‘How do you choose joy?’ One simple way I do this at the end of the day (when I may or may not have gotten through my whole to do list) is to write down at least one thing that I am grateful for that day. That little tweak has been life changing for me! xoxo. ~Em / http://www.shimmersofgrey.com

  6. First of all, you look gorgeous! Your skin is just lovely!! I really needed this today. We are having a difficult December and I needed to be reminded to count my blessings. Thanks Molly. Susan

  7. I love how much fun you had with taking these pictures! I get so stressed out anytime I try to take pictures for my blog because they usually don’t turn out good enough to post. Maybe if I am more positive and silly I will have better luck 🙂
