9 Ways to Wear Distressed Boyfriend Jeans

March 15, 2017·

When the boyfriend jean style first came around, I wasn’t sure if I was a fan. And then I started seeing distressed boyfriend jeans become popular and I was like, “Whaaaat? Why would you wear jeans that are new but look old?

Honestly, I’m not sure that I have the answer… all I know is once I tried on a pair, I was like “Ohhhhhhhhhh so THIS is what the hype is about.”  I absolutely LOVE my distressed boyfriend jeans and they are some of my most worn in my closet!

You guys know that I love to share my “ways to wear” posts, because I love showing people how you can get multiple wears out of the same piece in your closet. Sure, denim might seem like a no-brainer, but you’d be surprised how many people email me and say something to the effect of, “Well, I don’t know how to style boyfriend jeans… I don’t think they’d look right on me!”

Well, I hope that with today’s post, you can get some style inspiration so you can bust those boyfriend jeans out of your closet (or maybe even snag a new pair for yourself and push yourself outside of your style comfort zone!)
