Never again will I use canvas Champs I paid for express shipping my order should have been here by the 23Rd of February still nothing the shipping they refunded has still not posted back into my account and my items still saying production . And when I contact them I get the same run around. Does anyone know how long 24 hours is? Because they sure don’t my order was being shipped 24 hours ago for over a week now. I need the order hence why I expressed it so not only have I wasted 140 dollars with them I had to go out and spend now another 130 just so I had presents for two family members. Needless to say I am BEYOND mad…<0

  2. I’m not a “Karen” but this one is straight fraud.
    I ordered a framed canvas as a surprise for my hubby from Canvas Champ which claimed to be in Brooklyn NY. and Georgia …guess what INDIA!
    I ordered back in August 21, it was supposed to be here Sept.1. It never showed up, I contacted them over and over heard nothing. So I opened a Paypal dispute.
    THEN I got an email saying I didn’t approve a proof….. they never sent one.
    I went back and forth with them with promised refunds, shipping refunds, store credit, Saturday, they said they shipped it… from where INDIA! Well It was supposed to be for our anniversary. It never showed up.

    I asked for a refund for 10 days and got jerked around THEN they supposedly sent something.
    Still haven’t got anything at all from them except BS.
    SO whatever you do, avoid Canvas Champ they are garbage and a fraud. Hopefully I get my money back because I never did get the canvas.
    DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

  3. I just wanted to update that I Finally received my product from Canvas Champ and I Love it!!!! It did come over a week late, but I will still be gifting it to my family. I ordered a huge canvas (36×40) and the quality is amazing. I was extremely worried, but now I’m really satisfied with it.

  4. Through your recommendation, I also used Canvas Champ on Dec. 5 and still have not received my print. Their customer service is awful, and they take at least 2 days to reply. I am so upset and disappointed, as this was going to be a Christmas gift. I have no idea if my canvas prints will ever arrive. I will never use this company again and will warn others about it.

      1. Hey, I was able to reach them and I decided to go ahead and wait for the canvases. Don’t care so much about the refund as I do about receiving the product. I guess I’ll update once I receive it. They did give me a tracking number for DHL so I at least know it’s on the way.

  5. I’m glad you had a good experience because I sure didn’t. I read a few reviews with them, including yours, before placing my first order, and I regret my decision so much.

    I ordered three items on November 20th with the intention of giving them as Christmas gifts to family members. It’s now December 13th (25 days later) and the items still aren’t finished.

    I’ve been calling them daily for a week now and every day I am told that “Your items are finished and waiting to ship. You will receive a Fedex tracking number within 24 hours.”

    I feel like I’ve been scammed. Especially since the website says that all items ship within 7-10 days. 25 days now and I am going to have to scramble to find replacement gifts for my family members that are not going to be as sentimental as the ones I intended to give them.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE IN SOUTH CAROLINA AND USE THE ADDRESS OF A HOME THERE AS THEIR BUSINESS ADDRESS, BUT THEY ARE LOCATED IN INDIA. When you call, you reach India. When the items are printed it is done in India.

    I feel like I’ve been the victim of fraud. Especially since the first phone call I made to them was on December 5th, 8 days ago, and was told I would receive a tracking number within 24 hours.

    I m giving them 24 more hours to ship before reporting them to my credit card company.

    GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR PRINTING NEEDS. THESE GUYS WILL RIP YOU OFF.

  6. I placed an order for many canvas prints on November 20th and 21st with a promised delivery date of December 4th and 5th. The order says that it is still processing and I am never able to reach a company representative via phone or live chat. I am beginning to think that this company is a fraud and I am concerned that I have wasted almost $200 on prints that I will never receive.
